Salmon fish cakes

1 can of Salmon
1pkg Stove top savory herbs stuffing
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
4 chopped green onions
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup of water
1/3 mayo


empty salmon in a colander, take out the little bones.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients together and form about 7  salmon cakes ( shape like a hamburger)
but them in the refrigerator for about 1 hour or up to 24 hours.  Spray pan with Pam cooking spray and brown on low heat on both sides. About 10 min each side.  Keep checking them every few min.
