German Potato salad and pork schnitzel

Potato Salad  Serving 8 people

5 lb Idaho potatoes
10 oz German Bologna
6 kosher dill pickles
6 boiled eggs
about half a jar of mayonnaise
salt and pepper
a table spoon of the pickle juice

Boil the potatoes in salt water until soft, I use a knife to see how soft they are.  Not to soft.
Take it out the let them cool of and peel them.  Cut them in a bowl add cut up boiled eggs, add cut up pickles med size pieces, cut bologna in small pieces, add pickle juice salt and pepper and mayo.  Taste add more salt and pepper if you need to.

Pork Schnitzel

Boneless pork chop
flower
bread crumbs
egg
salt and pepper
oil
take the pork chop, if it is thick flatten it
set up 3 plates,one with flower then eggs then bread crumbs.  Salt and pepper meat, cover both side in flower then in egg then in bread crumbs.  But oil in pan and fry meat about 5 min each side.
