Ingredients
4 eggs hard boiled and chopped
1 pound large elbow macaroni
4 ounce ham steak, chopped
2 stalks chopped celery chopped
2 tablespoon lemon juice
Cook pasta, while pasta is cooking mix together all ingredients then add cooked pasta.
Dressing
2/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon or whole grain mustard
1 jar (4 ounce) chopped pimentos, drained
3 tablespoons sweet pickled relish
Kosher salt and pepper for taste
In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, pickle relish, and salt and pepper, to taste
Add the dressing to the macaroni and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and chill for 1 hour
