Ingredients
Wontons
Strawberry
Raspberries
Whip cream
Mint for decoration
Half cup Oil for frying
Powdered sugar
Grand marnier, optional
Add half cup oil to frying pan, fry wonton one by one until golden brown, few seconds on each side. Be carful, oil is very hot.
Let cool. Cut up strawberrys. On a plate put one wonton, add whip cream 3 slices of strawberry, 2 raspberry top with one more wonton add whip cream and berrys. Add one more layer. Sift powdered sugar over and if you want, drizzle a little bit of the Grand marnier. Decorate with mint.
Very light dessert and you can use any fruit.
