Breakfast dish

 
Serves 10
12 eggs
1/2 half and half
2 cups mushrooms
2 cups fresh spinach
1/2 cup shredded cheese any one you like 
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Sauté  mushroom in pan add spinach until wildert add 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper. In bowl mix 12 eggs and half and half add rest of salt and pepper.  In a backing dish add half mushroom and spinach, pour half of eggs over, add rest of mushroom and spinach and rest of eggs, mix all together top with cheese. Bake for 30 min. Enjoy
You can make night before and bake next day.
