Easy Smoked Salmon in the oven

Ingredients:
1 Salmon fillet about 2 pounds
2 tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 to 2 tablespoons liquid smoke, publix has it

Place salmon, skin side down, in a baking pan . Sprinkle with brown sugar, salt and pepper.
Drizzle with liquid smoke. Cover and refrigerate for 4 to 8 hours.
Drain and discard liquid.  Bake, uncovered, at 350 F until fish flakes easily with fork. About 35 to 45 minutes.  Cool at room temperature. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
You can serve with crackers.  Enjoy
