German Fruit tart ( Obstkuchen)


Ingredients:
5 tbsp all - purpose flour
5 tbsp sugar
4 eggs
3 tbsp vinegar 
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1 tsp baking powder

Preheat oven to 350 F
Grease a round flan pan or round baking pan
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix with hand mixer till light and fluffy.
Pour into the pan and bake 18 to 20 min until golden brown.
Let is cool about 5 min and flip over on a plate.  Let it cool off. Use the bottom to put the fruit on.  You can use, strawberry, blueberry, bananas 
Top with glaze.

Glaze recipe (Tortenguss)
For a red glaze, choose a dark red berry juice. Stir 1 tablespoon potato starch in 1/4 cup juice until dissolved. Bring 3/4 cup of juice to a simmer. Stir in the starch mixture and simmer until thickened, about 30 seconds, stirring constantly.  Let cool slightly and spoon over fruit. 
Top with whip cream.  It is a light cake.  Enjoy.
